What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the Maintenance & Facilities team, you'll create impact by driving equipment reliability and factory performance through preventive maintenance programs, automation improvements, and cost reduction initiatives that directly support our Ignite '27 strategy.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime, liaising with third-party suppliers for purchasing or repair jobs as needed.
  • Implement and maintain Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) programs for all factory equipment, assembly lines, and testing facilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of factory workflows through process automation, yield improvement, and cost reduction projects.
  • Support new assembly projects, engineering works, and production equipment setup and commissioning.
  • Participate in facilities projects including daily maintenance, mechanical repairs, and infrastructure upkeep.
  • Adhere to all EHS requirements, including proper waste disposal, spill response, material handling, and environmental compliance procedures.

Above all, you are a skilled maintenance professional with strong mechanical aptitude, a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production teams. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in facility and machine maintenance within the manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of Good Engineering Practices and maintenance programs (reliability-centered, preventive, predictive).
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, indicators) and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Advanced math skills including geometry and algebra for material fabrication calculations, plus ability to operate hand tools and forklifts.

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Knowledge of factory mutual requirements, operational support, and capacity management.
  • Experience with automation systems and production line optimization.
