Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems within a manufacturing facility. The role includes working on motors, PLCs, VFDs, proximity switches, sensors, and power supplies, with duties ranging from new machine installations to drive repairs.

The candidate will read blueprints, interpret schematics, and perform wiring and conduit work, in a day shift environment. This is a contract-to-hire onsite role in Bremen, IN.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting, including drives, motors, and sensors.
• Proficiency with 3-phase 480v systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

The Multi Craft Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems within the facility. Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• PLC knowledge is beneficial.
• Familiarity with SquareD drives is a plus.

Work Environment

Work is conducted during day shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. The facility is a dusty and dirty automotive environment. Initially, you will wear jeans and a t-shirt, and uniforms will be provided upon direct hire. You can expect a thorough training period on the day shift lasting from one year to a year and a half.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
