Job summary

Pugmire Ford of Bremen is seeking a Quick Lube Technician to perform oil changes, fluid checks, and routine maintenance to keep the service lane moving. You will inspect belts and filters and help ensure vehicles are ready to leave in good condition.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance
• Check and top off fluids
• Inspect tires, brakes, belts, and filters
• Complete multi-point inspections
• Flag any issues that need attention
• Keep the work space clean and efficient
• Use shop tools safely
• Move and test vehicles as needed

We’re looking for a Quick Lube Technician to handle basic maintenance and help keep our service lane moving. This position focuses on oil changes, checking fluid levels, inspecting belts and filters, and making sure vehicles are in good shape before they leave.

Requirements

• Previous lube tech or automotive experience is a plus
• Ford experience or certification is a plus, not required
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Able to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable in a fast-paced shop
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Good attitude and reliable
