We are seeking a skilled and dependable Part-Time Maintenance Worker to perform general maintenance tasks at our offices across various locations. In this role, you will be responsible for performing light electrical work, plumbing, painting, and other basic repairs. Tasks are assigned according to a daily or weekly maintenance list based on the needs of each location.

If you are someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys a variety of tasks, this position offers flexibility with travel to different sites and the opportunity to contribute to maintaining high-quality facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light electrical repairs (e.g., changing light fixtures, outlets, and switches).
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains, repairing faucets).
• Assist with interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation.
• Follow a daily or weekly maintenance list and respond to specific service requests at various locations.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs across different locations.
• Perform minor carpentry and general repairs (e.g., door adjustments, furniture repairs).
• Keep tools and supplies organized and ready for use at each site.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while completing tasks.
• Assist with other maintenance-related duties as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in light maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, or painting is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting techniques.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
