Brookside Manor Apartments is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (full-time) to keep our community running smoothly. You’ll tackle a variety of tasks, from appliance repair to HVAC maintenance, ensuring resident satisfaction and safe, well-maintained surroundings.

Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) – Join a Team That Keeps the Community Running!

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in fixing problems the right way and being the go-to when things matter most? We’re looking for a dependable, experienced professional to help maintain a well-established apartment community where quality work is noticed and appreciated.

If HVAC is your strong suit and you enjoy variety in your day—not just the same task over and over—this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling maintenance requests, punch-outs, and general community upkeep
• Diagnosing and repairing appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, etc.)
• Performing HVAC maintenance and repairs
• Painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry
• Supporting overall property operations and resident satisfaction

On-Call Requirement:

• On-call one week per month, evenings and weekends
• Must be able to respond to property calls within 20 minutes in the event of an emergency
