Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician for our Bluffton, IN facility. This is a direct Hire role with both day and night shifts available: Day 5:00 AM–3:30 PM; Night 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, Monday–Thursday; overtime on Fridays as needed.

Starting rate is $30/hr–$38/hr+, depending on experience. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, relays, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.

Electrical Maintenance Technician - Bluffton, IN (Direct Hire)

We are seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Technicians to support maintenance and production operations in a manufacturing environment. Both day and night shift opportunities are available.

Available Schedule

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
• Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday–Thursday
• Fridays may be available for overtime as needed

Starting Rate

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Diagnose PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, relays, and control systems

• Perform equipment installation, repair, and rebuilds
• Follow Lockout/Tagout and all safety procedures
