Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, appliance repair, preventative and seasonal maintenance, and safety system checks.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Ensure community meets appearance, operational, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years maintenance experience.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations.
• Driver's license and auto insurance required.

• $1,000 sign-on bonus.
• Full-time, day shift, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
