New Story Schools in Pennsylvania are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help create safe, functional, and welcoming learning environments. You will perform general repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and support facility improvements to keep our schools running smoothly.

This role requires a high school diploma, two years of experience, and a valid driver's license to travel between Berwick and Selinsgrove campuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in general maintenance or repair services.
• Basic knowledge of drywall repair, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between regional school sites.

Responsabilités

• Perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections across school facilities.
• Maintain building grounds, equipment, and tools to ensure operational readiness.
• Address and resolve maintenance requests promptly to prevent safety hazards.
• Support snow removal, landscaping, and facility upkeep throughout the year.

As a Maintenance Technician at New Story Schools, you will help create and maintain safe, functional, and welcoming learning environments for students and staff. You will perform general repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility improvements that keep our schools running smoothly every day.

This position will split time between New Story's school in Berwick, PA and our school in Selinsgrove, PA.

What You’ll Need
