Role Description This full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role is based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community, including performing routine and emergency maintenance on building systems, equipment, and apartment homes. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance issues, completing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and preparing units for new residents. The role also involves collaborating with property management and other team members to prioritize work orders, ensure safety standards are met, and provide responsive, courteous service to residents. The Maintenance Technician is expected to keep accurate maintenance records, follow company policies and regulatory requirements, and support community appearance and functionality.
