Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Crossroad Commons, a 216-unit apartment community in Manor, TX. You will oversee maintenance operations and help ensure a great living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring repairs, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, repairing appliances, prepping vacant units, and supervising on-site staff. A valid driver’s license and 2–3 years’ maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required.

Position Summary:

As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.
