Job summary

MedSpace Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep hospital equipment logs and ensure a safe working environment. You will repair mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems and may drive for company business.

The role operates day and evening shifts (7am–3:30pm / 3:00pm–11:00pm) with full-time status. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, along with at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot, read schematics/blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains logs on all equipment and ensures a safe working environment.
• Maintains and repairs equipment across mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems.
• Drives for company business as needed.

Maintains accurate logs on all equipment in hospital and provides for a safe working environment. Also maintain and repair equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Driving as needed for company business.

Day Shift: 7am - 3:30pm

Evening Shift: 3:00pm -11:00pm
