Job summary

Brookdale Auburn, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the interiors and exteriors of our community in top condition. You'll service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance requests, ensuring safety and comfort for residents and staff.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Qualifications

Requirements to be a Maintenance Technician: Maintenance Technicians will maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on, but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment. Maintenance Technicians will also perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas. They will also maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other jurisdictions governing the community.
