Compensation

$24 per hour

Overview

We are looking for a maintenance tech who will use their experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Completes make readies
• Maintains property grounds and common areas
• Performs preventative maintenance
• Maintains a clean and organized shop and work areas
• Provides parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
• Assists in emergency coverage with other team members
• Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license required
• EPA HVAC certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
