Job summary

The Carroll Companies in Antioch, TN, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage resident service requests and prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status. You will uphold professional standards and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include responding promptly to requests, performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs, and coordinating with residents and vendors. On-call rotation and safety compliance are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school a plus.
• 3+ years general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, etc.).
• CPO certification preferred or must obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• Ability to work on-call rotation, responding to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Perform diverse maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs.
• Represent ARI Apartment Management professionally and communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and vendors.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various community maintenance functions necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property. You will be responsible for handling service requests for residents and making improvements to vacant apartments to prepare them for market-ready status. You will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner at all times including providing excellent customer service and responding to resident requests and concerns in a timely manner.

  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained community environment.
  • Improve vacant apartments,making them market-ready and welcoming for new residents.
• Multi-Talented Craftsman:
  • Perform diverse maintenance tasks,including plumbing,electrical,carpentry,painting,appliance repairs,and more.
  • Identify and address potential issues to prevent larger problems.
• Professional & Reliable:
  • Represent ARI Apartment Management with a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with residents,colleagues,and vendors.
  • Work on-call rotations,responding to urgent needs after hours.
