Job summary

The Carroll Companies in Cary, NC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for market readiness. You will guide staff, coordinate across departments, and ensure high standards of property upkeep.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, vendor contracts, budgeting contributions, and safety/compliance with codes, while keeping grounds and amenities in top condition for residents and marketability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and supervisory skills.
• Basic knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance required.
• EPA or CFC certification REQUIRED.

• Promptly handle emergency maintenance requests, ensuring resident safety and comfort.
• Execute diverse maintenance tasks including painting, caulking, appliance repairs, plumbing fixes, minor HVAC and roof repairs.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Ari Apartment Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the property maintenance and enhancing the overall value of the community. You will lead a maintenance team in performing preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance service requests, and performing repairs and improvements of vacant apartments to ensure they are market ready.
