• Educate, direct, and support employees in TPM and equipment repair compliance; responsible for maintenance budget.
• Identify cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components.
• Adjust repairs or replace parts, assemblies, and machine equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints for repair and installation of equipment.

About the Role:
