Overview

As a Maintenance Technician at La Vida Llena, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous building maintenance services for our 200+ residents and other departments to make sure operations run smoothly.

Although some knowledge and experience in high-rise building maintenance is preferred, we provide the training you’ll need and will help you plan for your future with us as well. Pool Operator Certification and demonstrated history of reliable work attendance required.

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 / hr DOE

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm required 1 weekended a month, several holidays and some after-hours work.
