Responsibilities

• Complete timely repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders across the community.
• Ensure make-ready repairs and services are completed on schedule.
• Assess and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Conduct interior and exterior rounds to verify system function and building integrity.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, work orders, and make-ready status.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• On-call rotation as required.

Job description

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work order throughout the community.

MUST BE HVAC CERTIFIED

~Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community.

~Ensures all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.

~Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors. Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs and snow removal.

~Performs preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.

~Conduct interior and exterior rounds to ensure proper functioning of systems and equipment, structure integrity of buildings, condition of grounds, etc.

~Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in- progress, apartment make-ready status, etc.

~Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.

~All other duties as assigned.

~On call rotation required
