Job summary

Southwood Realty is seeking a Maintenance Tech with Cert to support Fort Mill properties. The role performs on-site maintenance and preventative tasks to keep buildings and grounds in good condition.

You will complete service requests within 24 hours, follow up with residents, ensure OSHA safety standards, contribute to the maintenance plan, and prepare vacant units for turnover. This position is based in Fort Mill, SC, with regular on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Must be customer service oriented
• Standing and walking for inspections and repairs
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs
• HVAC and EPA certification required

Responsibilities

• Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24-hours
• Follow up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are complied with
• Participate in maintenance/improvement plan for property
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in a "ready" condition at all times
• Maintain vacant units daily

Job Summary: Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Complete onsite maintenance and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical condition of the property.
