Responsibilities

• Assist with general building repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete routine maintenance work orders.
• Maintain resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry needs.
• Perform routine inspections and identify areas needing attention.
• Help maintain the exterior and grounds of the facility.
• Assist with equipment and facility upkeep.
• Respond to maintenance needs throughout the building.
• Support safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness efforts.
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep the facility functioning well.
