Are you passionate about problem-solving and hands-on work that truly makes a difference? Augusta Rental Homes is seeking a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers across a portfolio of apartment communities throughout the CSRA. Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for our residents, guests, and team members.

The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter who takes pride in their work and works well as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will complete assigned tasks and additional duties as directed by the Portfolio Manager.

Compensation

$23 - $28+ hourly DOE

Responsibilities

• Inspect and coordinate all needed rent-ready repairs and services as required to meet deadlines
• Diagnose and perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, appliances, doors and locks, and fixtures
• Correct any unsafe conditions and keep up the professional vision for all of our communities!
• Support the Augusta Rental Homes team to provide a superior resident service experience!
• Maintain a clean and professional property at all times
