Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents and manuals.
• Able to write reports and communicate with teams.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Strong problem-solving and common-sense reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test machinery to ensure proper function.
• Detect malfunctions by listening and communicating with the team.
• Dismantle defective machines and install repaired parts.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and parts.
• Install and repair electrical systems and components.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems with gauges and valves.
• Perform general building maintenance and facility repairs.
• Install, program, and repair automated machinery and robots.
• Operate basic machine tools (saws, grinders, drills).
• Follow GMPs and food safety guidelines.
