Job summary

Little Leaf Farms, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair all machinery, electrical systems, and HVAC within the facility. duties include fabricating replacement parts, lubricating machinery, and performing preventive maintenance per the schedule.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with 2+ years of related experience or an Associate degree in Electrical/Mechanical fields. Knowledge of GMP/HACCP and safety practices is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical field or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical field.
• Experience with automated conveyor systems and controls preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic Input/Output functions.
• Experience with robotic operation/maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and construction/carpentry.
• Understand 3-phase electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, electrical systems, and HVAC within the facility.
• Fabricate replacement parts for machinery as needed and lubricate/maintain equipment.
• Set up production equipment at shift start and adjust as inventory requires.
• Replace worn conveyor belts, cables, and rollers.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and follow maintenance schedule.
• Adhere to Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Diagnose issues with electrical breakers and fuses using a multimeter.
• Report safety or quality concerns to management.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
