Job summary

Premium Peanut is seeking a maintenance technician to install, maintain, and repair machinery and process equipment across the facility. The role requires diagnosing issues, dismantling and replacing parts, and performing electrical and mechanical work while adhering to safety standards.

The candidate will inspect equipment, operate machine tools, and complete CMMS work orders under the guidance of the Maintenance and Equipment/Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Systems Technology or Mechatronics, or two years related experience.
• Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts; safety awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair manufacturing process equipment.
• Inspect and test machinery; diagnose problems.
• Dismantle and install new or repaired parts.
• Lubricate shafts, bearings, gears.
• Install and repair electrical components.
• Set up and operate machine tools to repair parts.
• Complete work orders in CMMS.
• Follow safety codes (NEC, OSHA).
• Work under Maintenance and Equipment/Facilities Manager.
