Job summary

Insite Property Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Broadstone Vega community in Redmond, WA. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, unit turns, and timely repairs to protect property value and resident satisfaction.

You will work with a team, perform routine tasks, and document work orders in YARDI. The position requires familiarity with safety procedures and strong communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year residential/multifamily property maintenance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate tools and adhere to safety procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation for after-hours on-call emergencies.
• Strong communication with residents, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Self-motivated, multitasker with quality results under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, perform, and manage maintenance projects.
• Perform unit turns including servicing appliances, plumbing and electrical, replacing parts, re-keying, painting.
• Enter completed work orders into YARDI daily.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisor to manage inventory within budget.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are followed.
