Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 48 months of related experience in Allen Bradley, hydraulics, robotics and welding.
• Proficiency with PLCs and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Must be able to interpret ladder logic and troubleshoot equipment faults.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and combustion malfunctions.
• Determine repair procedures and implement effective fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Navigate ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC-5, and ControlLogix for troubleshooting.
• Modify positions and diagnose ABB robot models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700.
• Install, move, and align equipment; perform gas and electric welding.
• Complete repair records and maintain a clean work area; perform preventive tasks.
