Career Crunch in Twinsburg, OH seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to service and repair manufacturing equipment and plant facilities. The role requires diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and combustion issues, and performing repairs to prevent recurrence.

You will interpret ladder logic for SLC 500, PLC 5, and ControlLogix, and work with ABB robots (M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700). Welding and preventive maintenance are key duties.

Formación

• Must have technical or vocational training with certificates or some college.
• 48 months of related experience in Allen Bradley, hydraulics, robotics, and welding.
• Maintenance Technician A level proficient in troubleshooting die casting machine cells using PLCs and electrical/hydraulic schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical/hydraulic and combustion malfunctions and determine repairs.
• Navigate ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and ControlLogix for troubleshooting faults.
• Modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots (M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700).
• Install, move and align new and existing equipment with precision.
• Set up and operate machine shop equipment with a moderate degree of accuracy.
• Perform gas and electric welding operations.
• Maintain maintenance records and keep the work area neat and safe.
• Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance on plant equipment.
