Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 2 years maintenance technician experience
• Experience maintaining hydraulics and mechanical device systems
• Able to read and follow PM procedures and technical instructions
• Able to read, write and communicate English effectively
• Experience with electrical, hydraulics and PLC systems

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and quality procedures and ethics
• Read PM procedures and interpret sketches and schematics
• Inspect, test, measure, repair, and replace mechanical equipment
• Complete daily maintenance tasks
• Log maintenance activity and PM results
• Collaborate with leads to improve safety and efficiency
• Train Maintenance Technician team members
• Troubleshoot PLC and electrical issues
• Drive predictive maintenance using data and trends
