Job summary

SkyWest is seeking a Maintenance Technology Support Specialist to assist the IT and Maintenance teams in supporting the software used by the Maintenance department. The role is located at SkyWest's St. George, UT Corporate Headquarters and may require travel.

The position reports to the Manager of Operations Technology and involves developing, testing, and documenting software such as SkyTrack, plus troubleshooting issues reported by maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in software development projects as assigned by the Manager of Operations Technology.
• Provide support for software used by the Maintenance Department.
• Write User Manual for SkyTrack, an in‑house software.
• Work with Business Analysts and Programmers to test software changes.
• Troubleshoot software issues reported by maintenance department employees.
• Monitor software implementation to ensure that project objectives are met.
