Job summary

SkyWest is seeking a Maintenance Technology Support Specialist in St. George, UT to support software used by the Maintenance department. You will collaborate with IT and Maintenance to implement solutions and write documentation for SkyTrack.

The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently. Some travel is required as the position is based at corporate HQ in St. George.

• Knowledge of Airline Industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in software development projects as assigned by the Manager of Operations Technology
• Provide support for software used by the Maintenance Department
• Write User Manual for SkyTrack, an in-house software
• Work with Business Analysts and Programmers to test software changes
• Troubleshoot software issues reported by maintenance department employees.
• Monitor software implementation to ensure that project objectives are met

Primary Job Duties

The Maintenance Technology Support Specialist will work with the SkyWest Information Technology and Maintenance departments to support software used by the Maintenance department. This position will report to the Manager of Operations Technology.

This position will be located in St. George, UT, Corporate Headquarters and requires some degree of travel.

• Assist in software development projects as assigned by the Manager of Operations Technology


• Provide support for software used by the Maintenance Department
