CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Briarwood Apartments in Turlock, CA and Village Ceres Apartments in Ceres, CA. You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, address resident requests, and assist with turnovers to ensure move-in readiness.

This full-time role offers full benefits, on-call rotation, safety training, and the opportunity to grow within a dedicated multi-family property management team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• Proficiency with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Oversee turnovers and prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain curb appeal including landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management.
• On-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety regulatory compliance.
