Job summary
Solari Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Promenade At Creekside, an 108-unit affordable housing community in San Marcos, CA. The role covers day-to-day maintenance of units and common areas, ensuring safety and comfort for residents.
Responsibilities include painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance service, plus inventory management and reporting repairs to the site manager. A California driver’s license and basic tools are required.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of maintenance technician experience.
- Experience in electrical, drywall, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
- Valid California driver's license.
- Proof of auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service.
- Computer skills for viewing and completing work orders.
- Excellence in residents and vendors communication.
Responsibilities
- Paint and clean carpets, windows, appliances.
- Service and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical fixtures.
- Check locks and replace bulbs.
- Inspect grounds, building, and equipment regularly.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
- Janitorial duties and report repairs.
- Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.
- Report to site manager.
