Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of maintenance technician experience.
• Experience in electrical, drywall, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Computer skills for viewing and completing work orders.
• Excellence in residents and vendors communication.

• Paint and clean carpets, windows, appliances.
