Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
• Experience in electrical, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Possession of a valid California driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Computer skills for viewing/completing work orders.

Responsibilities

• Paint and clean areas within the community.
• Service appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures.
• Repair or replace faulty parts and inspect grounds and units.
• Check locks and replace bulbs; post safety maps.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; janitorial duties.
• Report repairs to site manager and assist with other tasks.
