Solari Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician for an 80-unit affordable housing community in San Diego, CA.

You will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance, including preventive and emergency repairs, to support a safe, well-maintained property. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, proficiency in electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and painting, and a valid CA driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.

Qualifications

Position Overview:

This is a Full Time Maintenance Technician position in an affordable housing community comprised of 80 units, in San Diego, CA. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day‑to‑day maintenance operations of the community.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician
• Conduct corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance in units and on the property
• Experience in, but not limited to, electrical, dry wall, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Possession of a valid California driver's license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
• Computer skills for viewing and completing work orders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialized certifications, such as HVAC, are desirable.

Compensation:
