Job summary

Trinity Health’s Providence Place at Ingleside location is seeking a maintenance technician capable of multi-trade repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to work orders, and help keep facilities safe and aesthetically pleasing.

Compensation ranges from $18.07 to $24.56 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in English.

• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry repairs/construction and maintenance in all areas of the facility to ensure items function correctly and look presentable.
• Perform limited electrical repairs and maintenance to ensure safety and proper function of electrical items.
• Perform limited plumbing repairs and maintenance to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Perform limited repair, prep and painting of all walls in the facility for safety and aesthetic appearance.
