Job summary
HRW Companies in Missouri seeks a skilled building maintenance professional to join our family-owned team. You will perform routine repairs, painting, and systems upkeep across multiple facilities, and travel between Carl Junction, Seneca, and Autumn Court as needed.
The role requires hands-on expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC maintenance, and the ability to read blueprints. You will document work, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with facility leadership to
Qualifications
- Experience in building maintenance and minor repairs.
- Willingness to travel to Carl Junction, Seneca, and Autumn Court.
- Ability to perform painting, filter changes, and light fixture replacements.
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership and teamwork with good communication.
- Ability to read blueprints and complete required paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs.
- Travel to facilities in Carl Junction, Seneca, and Autumn Court.
- Paint, change filters and light fixtures as needed.
- Document work using Tells application.
- Provide guidance under facility administrator and Director of Operations.
- Assist with other duties assigned by supervisor.
