Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance in building systems or common areas.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb and walk for several hours daily.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance inspections and tasks to ensure proper functioning of building systems.
• Address repair requests from residents and resolve issues in common areas.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and service providers for repairs.
