Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform emergency and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, medical gas systems and building structures. The role requires traveling to multiple offices and working Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00.

Education requires a high school diploma; Florida driver’s license is required. Three years of related experience or one year for non-trade graduates apply.

Qualifikationen

• Must have valid Florida driver’s license and be insurable under company insurance requirements.
• Three years experience in trade applications or mechanical work (automotive, industrial, or hospitality).
• One year experience for non-trade-specific vocational graduate.

• Works with other trades as assigned and collaborates with outside contractors as needed.
• Performs routine and emergency repair and maintenance on structures and equipment in assigned areas.
• Maintains records to ensure compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations.
• Coordinates and documents fire and life safety measures throughout the facility, including inspections.
