Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician in New York to maintain building systems, perform routine repairs, and support four properties as needed. Monday–Friday schedule with rotating on-call and a valid NYS driver’s license is required.

The role requires capability in carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, painting and masonry, plus strong teamwork and the ability to engage with residents respectfully. On-site position supporting senior care facilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and monitoring of building systems.
• Experience in light carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting and masonry.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
• Excellent rapport with seniors and ability to represent the Mission of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and monitoring of building systems at multiple properties.
• Collaborate with team to complete routine repairs and improvements.
• Respond to on-call rotations as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while servicing residents.

We currently have an opening for a full-timeMaintenance Technician. The hours of this position are Monday-Friday with rotating on-call hours. This position requires a valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation, as you could be utilized at any of our four properties, as needed. The qualifications include:

• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and monitoring of building systems.
• Experience in light carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting and masonry .
• Work as part of the team, as well as independently.
• Excellent rapport with seniors.
• Able to represent the Mission of our organization.
