Job summary

The Lodge Retirement Community in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Maintenance Tech to uphold the facility and its equipment in a manner that protects residents, staff, and the public in line with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; basic tasks like drywall, painting, and landscaping; and adhering to preventive maintenance and QA programs. On-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses/certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to ensure safety and comfort.
• Perform basic maintenance such as drywall, painting and landscaping.
• Follow preventive maintenance and quality assurance programs.
• Be on-call for emergencies and coordinate timely responses.
