Our current apartment portfolio of over 6,000 units is expected to double in the next few years, reaching over 12,000 units in five years.

We are seeking a Maintenance Tech III with 3+ years of industry experience for our multi-family properties, based at The Crossings at Hamilton Station in Hamilton Twp., NJ.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing maintenance tasks, diagnosing problems, and making repairs to maintain community standards and safety.
  • Supervising and assisting maintenance staff, including scheduling and training.
  • Performing repairs and maintenance across various systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, building envelope, and systems like pools and elevators.
  • Ensuring timely completion of service requests, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting resident satisfaction.
  • Participating in emergency on-call rotations and ensuring compliance with all safety, legal, and company policies.

Qualifications include:

  • HVAC, boiler, and plumbing licenses (Master level preferred).
  • Experience with Real Page or similar property management software (5+ years preferred).
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and appropriate certifications (EPA Type I & II, asbestos abatement where applicable).
  • Ability to read blueprints, perform basic arithmetic, and operate maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, access restricted spaces, and operate motorized vehicles.
