Job summary

Central States, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks in the plant.

You will support leadership to maintain continuous operations, troubleshoot equipment, and perform repairs across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. The role requires a vocational or technical degree with substantial relevant experience, ability to interpret schematics, and proficiency with tools and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires vocational/technical degree or equivalent with at least six years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical schematics and prints.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations and maintenance on plant systems to ensure uninterrupted power and lighting.
• Repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical machinery and equipment across the facility.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues; troubleshoot and replace components as needed.
• Operate and install download systems from computer networks to machine controllers.
