Job summary

Staples Supply Chain in Beloit, WI, seeks a Maintenance Technician 3 to perform preventative and on-demand maintenance on electrical motors, conveyors and material handling equipment. You will support general building tasks and assist a supervisor to keep the Fulfillment Center running smoothly across shifts.

Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulics knowledge and ability to read schematics are required. This full-time role includes a $2,000 retention bonus and requires safety-focused,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years related maintenance experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Full-time with overtime as needed.
• Work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Lift/push/pull 70–100 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and on-demand maintenance on electrical motors, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Maintain general building and conveyor systems, light plumbing, carpentry and painting tasks.
• Assist supervisor and relay directions to other technicians.
• Uphold safety practices and safety culture across shifts.
