Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician at the Isle of Capri Casino Hotel in Lula, Mississippi. The role involves leading preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all facility systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC functions.
Responsibilities include executing repairs, assisting junior technicians, and managing tool inventories while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have a high school diploma, trade certification, and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
The Senior Maintenance Technician leads the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all facility systems. This includes plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC functions. They ensure 24/7 uninterrupted casino operations, support junior technicians, and strictly comply with gaming and safety regulations.
Execute advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on building structures, plumbing leaks, electrical fixtures, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment.
Act as a shift lead, assisting entry‑level technicians with complex repairs and ensuring work orders are efficiently resolved.
Ensure all work adheres to OSHA, state gaming regulations, and internal property control policies.
Maintain accurate records of parts, manage tool inventories, and coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Trade school certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and/or carpentry.
3–5 years of continuous experience in commercial, resort, or casino facility maintenance.
Valid state issued driver's license.
