Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Auburndale, FL facility to ensure equipment reliability and support continuous production through skilled troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

You will analyze maintenance data, develop improvements, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance. Strong mechanical and electrical skills, along with CMMS experience, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliability expertise with at least 3 years in asset performance improvement preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical proficiency within continuous production settings.
• Experience in a structured maintenance organization with planning tools and documented processes.
• Familiarity with ISO programs or quality‑certified environments.
• Proven ability to monitor and improve Preventive and Predictive Maintenance using analytics and KPIs.
• Proficiency in industrial electrical systems, mechanical/electrical devices, circuits, robotics, PLCs, and automated equipment.
• Proficiency with CMMS for planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve real‑time technical issues on production lines to maintain operational standards.
• Repair and maintain production equipment and systems to ensure quality and uptime.
• Respond to equipment malfunctions and emergencies promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and analyze maintenance records to identify recurring issues and improve reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and reports to address reliability challenges.
• Use data management systems to track performance metrics like OEE and perform failure analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with new methods and technologies.
• Execute and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs.
• Facilitate FMEA sessions for risk identification and prevention.
• Apply predictive techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and motor testing.
