Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience as a Mechanic, Maintenance Specialist, or high-level Machine Operator in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Problemsolving skills.
• Proficient with precision measurement equipment and tolerances.
• Ability to work independently or as a team.
• Basic knowledge of welding, plumbing, and fabrication.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, including fault analysis.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire-prevention, and environmental protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as required and document work.
• Maintain reliability and functionality of mechanical equipment.
• Repair and test equipment to specification.
• Troubleshoot and perform required tasks to keep equipment operational.
• Follow safety procedures and read engineering docs.
• Assist with line changeovers and machine operation during shifts.
• Manage inventories and order parts as needed.
• Conduct internal audits related to systems maintenance.
