Eddy County, New Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to perform skilled maintenance and repair work on commercial and institutional buildings in Carlsbad. This role reports to the Facilities department and requires the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Starting pay is $22.61–$24.95 per hour DOE. Irregular hours and meetings may be required as part of the position.

MAINTENANCE TECH II - STARTING PAY: $22.61 - $24.95 PER HOUR DOE

Brief Description

This position works directly under the Facility manager and performs a wide variety of skilled tasks related to the maintenance and repair of Commercial and Institutional buildings owned by Eddy County. Employee must be able to work independently and performs all duties with minimal supervision. Employee may be required to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.
