Eddy County, New Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to service and repair commercial and institutional buildings. The role reports to the Facility Manager and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while performing a wide variety of skilled maintenance tasks.

Starting pay ranges from $22.61 to $24.95 per hour DOE, and incumbents may be asked to work irregular hours, attend meetings, and fulfill other assigned duties as needed.

This position works directly under the Facility manager and performs a wide variety of skilled tasks related to the maintenance and repair of Commercial and Institutional buildings owned by Eddy County. Employee must be able to work independently and performs all duties with minimal supervision.
