Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep facility buildings, grounds, and equipment in good repair, contributing to safety and comfort for residents and staff. The role covers troubleshooting, inspections, and on-call readiness in a dynamic campus environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, a valid driver’s license, applicable certifications, and 1+ years of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced skill knowledge of machinery, equipment and systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair various equipment.
• Knowledge in safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to problem solve and work in a team.
• Ability to adapt, prioritize and communicate.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance per supervisor instructions.
• Inspect facilities, systems and components to ensure safety and identify repairs.
• Use hand tools and small power tools; maintain tools and equipment in safe condition.
• Perform general labor for event set-ups, deliveries and moves.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
• Willingness to learn and expand trade knowledge in maintenance.
• Be available to be included in the on-call schedule.
