Deer Valley Resort is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level II to perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair within Silver Baron Lodge. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and painting tasks across indoor and outdoor environments.
Responsibilities include grounds care and snow removal in winter, plus servicing pumps, motors, and electrical panels. Must have mid-level maintenance skills, a valid driver's license, and be able to work nights, weekends,

- Must have mid-level maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, woodwork, drywall, and texturing.
Responsabilidades
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and various texturing repairs
- Perform grounds maintenance, snow removal, and ground care in winter
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair pumps, condensers, motors, lighting, and three phase electrical panels and circuits
- Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings
- Remove/install faucets, seats, drain seals, toilets, and auto flushers
- Troubleshoot and repair drainage problems, water leaks, and lack of water
- Woodworking on cabinetry, counters, walls, stairs, and doors
- Other duties as assigned
